SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Which countries do you ship to?

We only ship to Malaysia at the moment. Hopefully we will be able to ship to other countries soon.

What are the Shipping Charges?

All shipping charges will be calculated automatically at the Checkout based on your total order amount and your shipping address. Kindly check whether it is a Pre-Order item before check out.

Which Courier Company do you use?

We use various courier services to ensure your parcels arrive at the fastest speed. Tracking numbers will be provided to you in your email inbox registered once your order is ready to be shipped!

When will I receive my Parcel?

All orders will be processed and delivered within 7 working days except for carts which contain pre-order items. We will contact you if there is a delay in the processing of your order. For pre-order items, your order will take at least 7-21 days to fulfill as stated in the product page prior to adding to cart.

Where can I find my Tracking Number?

You will receive an email into your inbox with the tracking number and tracking URL after your order has been confirmed and processed. Please allow at least one business day after your order is shipped for the tracking information to appear online. If the tracking information does not update online, and the expected delivery date has passed, please contact us at [email protected] so that we can assist you further.

How do I Add/Change the items in my order, or my shipping details after I have placed my order?

Once your order is confirmed, you have a 24-hour amendment window. After that, no changes shall be allowed as our warehouse captures the order and processes it almost immediately. Kindly ensure all your details are accurate before confirming your order. You may reach out to us at [email protected] if you need assistance in this matter.

Failed Delivery?

In the event of your order's package is failed to be delivered and it is sent back to LaVie est HOME by the courier, we will contact you to provide the option of re-shipping or a refund of your order. Please also note that the shipping fee is not refundable in the event of wrong information of delivery placed by customers.
