PRE-ORDER POLICY

What is Pre-Order? 

A pre-order is an order you can make for a new item before it is in stock and available for delivery. It means that the item is still in production when ordered and not immediately available in our warehouse.

Where can I find the estimated date of delivery?

Under the descriptions on some of our items, you will see an Estimated Date of Delivery. Waiting times vary from products to products. The estimated waiting time is around 7 to 21 working days from the date of purchased. Once that the item is available in our warehouse, your order will be dispatched within two days.

Do you charge at the time of purchase or when the item ships?

We charge for the full amount at time of purchase.

Can I cancel or modify a pre-order?

Once an order is made we reserve the stock for you, or we place an order with the manufacturer as such there will be no cancellation. However if you do have a special request regarding the order (such as change of size or color) please contact us immediately and we'll see if we can make that change for you. Please note if the change affects the price of the item we will charge / refund the difference should we approve your request.

What if I order multiple items, can I combine in stock and pre-order items?

We advise that you place orders for in stock and pre-order items separately, so that the in stock items you've purchased can reach you faster. However, if you don't mind the wait, we will reserve all the stock for you and ship them all together when your pre-ordered items are ready. If you place an order for multiple pre-order items, we will ship the order when all your items are ready.

What happens if I place a pre-order for multiple items that are scheduled to arrive at different dates?

If you want your items to ship as they become available then you must order your items separately. Should you place the orders together we'll reserve the stock for you and ship them when all your items are ready for delivery.

How long will it take to ship out my pre-order once an item is received?

We begin filling pre-orders the day we receive the items.

When a delay occurs and why?

Our store requires several production and processing steps from international production, logistics to local logistics and deliveries and there are possibility of unforeseen circumstances that may occur. In the unlikely event of a delay, our team will get in touch with you as soon as possible for the latest updates. Due to current pandemic of Covid-19 around the globe, your patience is much appreciated.
