LaVie est HOME does not entertain any return, exchange or refund unless the delivered item is originally faulty or damaged upon receiving with proof (pictures/videos) being provided. Any faulty item for return, exchange or refund must be requested upon receiving by email to [email protected] or Facebook message within 5 days. Approved return or exchange must be shipped/postmarked within 5 days of receipt. Please contact us immediately for such arrangements. Kindly take note that there is no exchange or return for preorder-items once order has been processed by our team. Please make sure you have check the item before checkout from the cart. All returns must be unworn, have no signs of wear or damage, in it's original condition with tags still attached (if any) and in all original packaging (box and pouch included). Refunds can be applied only on non-promotional items. Homes and Living products are non-refundable or non-exchangeable for reasons of hygiene and safety, unless faulty. All products that deem related to hygiene shall not be entertained for return, exchange or refund.
Should the returned item does not meet the above return guidelines, LaVie est HOME has the right to deny any return, exchange or refund.
Return Shipping Fee
Please note that your original shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount. The cost of the return parcel will be borne by you. We recommend shipping the parcel with the most cost-effective shipping method that is available, which includes tracking.
If the item(s) you received are faulty or damaged, we are obliges to offer a full refund or exchange, please contact us within 5 days of receipt. The cost of the return parcel and delivery will be borne by LaVie est HOME.
Receive a Wrong Product
We are very sorry if you received a product that is different from the one that you ordered. Please contact us within 5 days and we will be sure to get you the product you ordered! The cost of the return parcel and delivery will be borne by LaVie est HOME.
Change of Mind
Returns and exchange are not allowed for change of mind. Rest assured that we will make the best effort out of ourselves to solve any arising matters concerning our products and services.
Receiving a Refund
You shall receive a refund in the account that you initially used to purchase the order. Once your order arrives back to us, it may take up to 7-14 business days to proceed. We’ll be in touch via email with an update.
